i had agx and s.tech on my S13. it's good for daily driving and light mountain runs, but s.techs are too soft for drifting or any hard track use.

I'm also wondering what a good suspension set up is? So many shock and spring manufactor's. Any reason to stay away from a certain spring/shock combo? Or brands in general to stay away from? Any brand better than another?

i just installed tanabe gf210 and kyb agxs. Got it from turboimport.com, with the shocks set at 1 front and 3 rear handles like a dream. I tried 2 and 4 but 2 for fronts were way too stiff and it would bounce. At max settings u feel potholes that dont exsist. The body roll is around 10% of what it was before, the car feels way quicker into turns and stuff, im not used to the extra grip yet so cant tell how it feels closer to the new limits. I was gonna get a rb sway bar but it doesnt feel needed cause of how little body roll i have now.... probably still gonna upgrade front sways to in the future. When braking nose dive is almost eliminated too. The car lowered 1inch front and rear which is very nice, it doesnt sound like much but its very noticable, the tire is about 1/2 inch from the fender now. I thought it was more of a drop but it measured at 1inch. It would prolly settle down to a 1.5in drop eventually. The ride is almost stock feeling with only a slightly stiffer ride over bumps but the shocks do a good job at controlling that, you would have to try to feel the comfort difference. Very highly recommended setup for a spring and shock combo.

get the agx and ground control coil overs and you will be happy. I have RB vert springs and agx's and I am moving to the GC. Ground control is a way better setup. With the AGX I love them. Even on the soft settings the car still handles better than stock ever did. And on the firm setting it hooks nice
