100 miles on the Rebuild and my new toy

After about a years worth of work, my 88 TII finally got back on the road again. We bled the brakes and tied up some other loose ends friday night and took it out for my first drive in it saturday morning. It runs like a charm after fixing some small vacuum leaks and reconnecting the brake booster!?! Fortunately I have all spring break to put some miles on the rebuild.
I also recently picked up an 88 SE from a buddy at school at a price I couldn't pass up. I havent had a chance to run any tests on it due to lack of time but thats what spring break is for....
Here are some pics of the TII and the SE:

And here's the new beater:

i hear that, it is why my project car is my daily driver. do upgrades one at a time and if something goes wrong then you gotta fix it right away.

Thanks guys. It's definitely satisfying to have put all that hard work and money into the car and finally be able to drive it. It will be a while until I do any major mods to it-at least until after break-in. The next order of business is new tires and deffinitely a new coat of paint-since the previous owner had a dog that liked to climb cars. As for the SE, it was just too good of a deal to pass up-either as a parts car or little extra cash for a rainy day.

Well the car passed inspection and is finally a legal eagle after 2 years with no inspection. Had a near moment today due to the tires...so the order was placed for some Fuzion ZRi's. I was gonna go with FM901s but tirerack was out of stock with the fronts so I took some well placed advice after some research from the salesguy, and decided on the Fuzions. I havent heard anything about the tire, but it recieved great reviews for the price (budget performance, 225-45-17f-92$,235-40-17R-93$) so I decided to give em a try. Ill let you guys know how they perform. I guess its time to get a paint estimate, but that can wait till everything is completely back to normal. Here are some random pics:

very nice! Clean under those wheel wells though! It sounds dumb because it will get dirty again but if you keep them clean it just adds to the cars look. So how does it run? Are you running above stock boost?
