ksrom tuned ecu?

hi all just wanted to get some views on this "jap tuned ksrom ecu" as im going to have my car tuned with safc,fcd, ebc and fuel pump i already got zorst,bov,pod filter. i thought this might be a nice little edition to throw in. so let me know wat u think http://cgi.ebay.com.au/RX-7-S5-JAP-T...QQcmdZViewItem

hhmmm no input.. would it just be the same as havin the safc? would it make a difference?

I have a REdom one for a s5 TII i was wondering about the same thing.. that lil black box on the side.. does it need to hook up to anything do you know????

sry no idea ;( if it is just a straight foward swap for my old ecu i would prob attempt it myself. i know the seller is okay i just wanted to know if it would be worth having with the following bov,3' zorst,pod filter,safc,ebc,fuelpump and fcd? somebody anybody got an opinion?

Who knows? It's impossible to know without knowing what was done to it...Most of the "tuned" ECUs are designed to work with a specific set of mods. If you go out of those parameters, you pop the engine. Someone I know just blew his 2nd engine using a popular "tuned" ECU that is recommended on these forums.
