What would be better?? The Koyo or Fluidyne?? I want the one thats going to cool the best.

Also has anyone ever bought from www.sportcarmotion.com ????
They are selling the 86-88 Koyo radiators for $345.

Thanks.

The stock cap fits on mine, but I have trouble getting it off sometimes. Its really tight in there. I guess thats a good thing.

I know the Koyo is thicker than the Fluidyne, and it also has 2 chambers, which is why I went with it over the Fluidyne. Its also cheaper

the Koyo is so much better. it's thicker and it has 2 chambers. not to mention it's alot cheaper! but you'll need an electric fan since its alot thicker.

So the Koyo is a direct fit?? You don't need to relocated the battery??????

Also does the koyo need the factory grommets from the old radiator??? If so, where can you order new ones from. Thanks.

Yes, the Koyo is a direct fit for 89-91s. (or so I've been told).. I had to redrill two of the bolt holes to make it fit an 88.

Yes, you reuse both brackets from the old radiator, 2 10mm bolts hold the brackets to the side of the old radiator.

Good radiator, not as much cooling as my custom Griffin, but I don't have to move the battery with the Koyo (which answers your first question )
