That's a compressor side upgrade for the stock turbo. they are about $750 brand new and assembled. It could get you up to the 350 hp mark or so.

I don't see why not. It should use your existing exhaust housing, manifold, and exhaust wheel but replace the compressor side with a higher flowing unit. It would be a nice power upgrade as long as your aren't shooting for outrageous horsepower.
