for having 144k on it, the engine and turbo pull really hard.

well...

Well, it got listed on the 16th, and we called that day - Monday we went to see it and drive it. Aparently a ton of people were trying to jump it, and we just got there first. Threw down 500$ deposit, and the car was pronounced mine - i'm putting the rest (1000$) down on Friday, and it's offically paid for.

The real chalange is going to be the title. due to the circumstances.

Basically here's the rundown.

Party A in Columbia original owners
SELL to Party B in 12/03
Party B never registers it
06/04 Party B does not pay for clutch repair, and eventually has to turn over title to Party C (Transmision Shop)
Party C wants it off his parking lot, and has original title with the signatures of Party A selling to Party B
So, in order for me to have the title of this car, one of three things must happen.

1) get party B to register the RX-7 and then transfer the title to me (Out of the question due to all the crap needed to go through, and impossiblity to ge a hold of party B)

2) Have Party C take a mechanics lean out on the car, offically making the title his, and then transfering it to me. It is however, costly, and a very long process - aprox 60 days.

3) Best idea - Take party B and C completly out of the picture, Contact Party A, have the title re-issued to them (since they technically still are registered to the car) and have them make a bill of sale, even though they arn't selling it, and transfer the title to me. Just talked to Party A - and they are so happy to hear it's going to someone who'll take care of it - and are willing to help me out.

Other than the wonderful title process, we need to fix a few things, Nepture believes there are two vac leaks, and i just found out from Party A, the cat needs to be replaced, so we should be good to go.

None the less, i am one happy camper.

Cool... Enjoy the FC...sweet deal..

I also just bought a 89-T2 for a thousand dollars from my friend’s dad. This car has a new motor (less then 5k milles), DP, high flow cat, high flow exhaust, RB sway bars, koni shocks, Center force clutch and fairly new tires..

Take a look at my both the RX-7s….
