Question Just installed my s5 turbo, have one prob.

I installed my s5 turbo and mani over the weekend and after everything was allset, i experienced a problem. After starting my car i heard a nasty sputtering type noise comming from my engine bay. I found out it was the exuast manifold top right bolt. The problem i have is after titening this bitch bolt as much as I could its still leaking some exuast from that side, due to a bolt that i can barely get to. I just wanted to know whta you guys would recomend to fix this. I used the old gasket from the s4 turbo. Other than that everything else seemed good cept for an oil line leaking and thats an easy titening. Thanks.

I would suggest tightening the bolt you cannot reach. If you let it continue to have an exhaust leak, you will blow out the gasket and have to remove the turbo to replace the gasket.

The problem is i cant tighten it any more its in a very hard place to reach. Is there any special way or any special tool you guys know of to tighten that particular bolt? Its just so hard to get too. Its the top right mani bolt.

Are you using a combination wrench?

try using a ratchet and a extension. I have no problems getting mine off. you can't see the bolt, only feel it but you should be able to go right between the 2 housing.
