Just imported FC3S

It has dual exhaust, HKS POD, 2way LSD, unknow replacement ECU, nisom fuel pump (interesting?) and lots of drifting staff(bars, wheels….)
1. I think jap seller had took off some aftermarket electronic works.(or jump start after shiping), The ECU goes something wrong.. I have asked 2 workshops about it, they all said they cannt tune it, and I have to buy a other one (power FC has this model?)or put a e-manage. TRUE?
2. I was surprised when Greddy boost gauge jumped to 1bar. It does not have a boost controller! The guy who helped importting said it has an aftermarket turbocharger, but it is in the same position where is sandard one. Is that can be possible? And is safe for rotary with standard coolers? However it is really quick after 4000RPM
Thanks input
And sorry about my bloody English

There's basically very little you can do with the stock ECU. You basically need to replace it if you want to "tune" the car.

A boost controller cannot lower boost past what the wastegate can naturally achieve. You need to port the wastegate (if internal) or install a larger one (if external).

No, that boost level is not safe on the stock fuel system and intercooler.

you are probably fine
the last owner probably put ALOT of hard miles in it - esp if the car was set up for drift sessions.

if you are worried, run a wideband thru it and loko at the AF ratios.

i wouldnt be surprised fi the ECU has a redom sticker on it already tuned for the setup!

Unless that pump raises fuel pressure, then it will have no effect. At stock fuel pressure, the limitation is the size of the injectors (and the FCD!).
