Talking Just Got My Kit in today.......

I just got this kit in today...I did a Dry fit on the side and front. Very good fit, will have to do very little blending. I dont wanna pay a shop to install it, has anyone installed a fiberglass kit here? If so how hard is it to put your factory mounts on the bumpers?

I know I will get Flamed for this kit....but its and Opinion thing right.
And opinions are like A**HOLES everybody has one.

Yes to both questions.

Took from Feb 4th till 11:45 CST today.

But the guys at Creative Auto Designs were very good at answering my emails etc. I thought I was getting it from them but it seems they got it through extreme dimensions. The parts all had Extreme Dimension part nimbers and stickers on the packaging.

Right on man, whatever floats your boat. I'm a fan of the "stock-ish" look, but I'm also a fan of the fact that you're stoked, lol.

yeah it took me about a month to get mine from them as well but I only ordered the front bumper, not the whole kit and fitment wasnt bad at all. My car was slightly hit in the front before right where the fender and front bumper meet so that is the only issue I had in mounting it. It is a two peice kit so you have to do the peices seperately but other than that it isnt that bad for fit. I do my own fiberglass work and it looks like they spray painted the thing blue with no gel coat at all and I dont know what kind of resin it is but somewhat brittle compared to the sort of expensive stuff I have that gives a good flex. Check out the site in my sig and you can see where I am building this kit into the one in my avatar.

Are the fender exhaust vents functional?

The front end looks ugly with the angular/token openings, normally seen on ricebox kits.

Doesn't look too bad...kinda reminds me of the Mariah and Bomex kits meshed together. I don't like that fact that there are no more FTPs, but I DO like the big opening in front for a FMIC.

As far as the FTP's there is a nice opening accross the front that the lights will shine through.

Here is a pic of the kit..It belongs to another guy that bought the kit and has begun to install it. He says it fits well.

Not sure, I will ask the guy tonight. I have been emailing him for install tips with the kit. I emailed him earlier for his utter blasphemy......He has a V8 under the hood. Change the body all you want but keep the ROTARY......
