THIS JUST IN...I just read that the engine needs "significant work" so you might want to talk to him about what is exactly wrong with the car, maybe the turbo is okay (maybe they just don't know how to work on the damn car which is very common), and they don't know how to fix whatever the rough running condition is. The car can drive a few miles (before they deem it barely driveable) so it still runs, maybe it just needs some love...remember that and ASK QUESTIONS!
