just bought our first fc!!!

gave my cousin a small loan to pic up this fc we found for just lil over a grand. i already own an fd and im pretty well in tune with that as far as maintaining it goes. anything i should know about owning a recently rebuilt n/a s5 motor that i should brush up on?

Yea, you can't just say that. What if he removed it, then his car would be in limp mode. Its shitty once you get into more power gains. When hes ready to go stand alone then you can remove it.

That's not really true. There's nothing fundamentally bad about the electronic metering oil pump. The only difference between it and the previous mechanical model is that if the electronic version fails, the car will go into limp mode and it may be expensive to replace. Which is true for a lot of parts on the car (except the limp mode).
