1. Will the e-fans from a 94-96 Mercury Sable Station wagon work for a e-fan conversion IF so what else would I need to do it RIGHT and how long (barring in mind I have a autobody shop behind my Computer store that I half own )

2.I'm thinking my alt is going bad or am I just drawing to much from it? I run:radar detector,cell phone charger a aiwa Cd (forget the model) to 2 6.5' speakers, mp3carcop (400Mhz 64Mb ram 10GB hd) with a 75w inveter and a 500w iverter when I use my camcorder. I have a s4.

3.how long will it take to remove the rats nest and any links to a writeup for it.

The thing about the inverter is that you arent going to be pulling 500w when you have it put in you are probally pulling 110w at most when you got the laptop and camcorder in.

 

it's a desktop I rarely have my laptop pluged in too. thanks for the reply.

 

S4 RX-7s have pretty miserable alternators, even when they aren't broken. They're only 70 amps.

If you're worried, I'd do the FD alternator conversion. It's probably more worth the effort than an e-fain, unless you need the extra space.

 

the e-fan is free there out back I plan on getting a fd alt here soon just wander how long I can run w/o kill my batt. thanks for the reply
