Exclamation jumped my car

I went down to St George (thats where I am from) last weekend. While I was there I took two of my friends for a ride. They were both sitting in the passenger seat. I got on a long flat road, and took off. WOT 1st then 2nd 3rd and I see a flat spot in the road ahead, but It didn't look like much so I continue into 4th and I think I was at about 100mph or very close when I hit it. Both of my friends heads hit the roof and we were air born for about ten feet. It scared the **** out of me, and my car didn't even bottom out hard. Nothing was broken and then I look in the rearview, and there was a damn cop. He saw the whole thing. He Says, "I see you caught a little air back there?" I didn't know what to say. Then he asks, "how fast were you going, 60" hehe, I reply Maybe I didn't look. I gave him a sob story about how I was down there for one of my friends funeral, and he let me off. So I escaped death and a reckless driving ticket. I was going 100 in a 30. Good thing I got rid of my low rider honda. I would have been dead.

Sorry so long, but I though some would get a kick out of it. I know I did.

Nice... lucky you escaped the local law..

I've heard of a couple people jumping their rex's, usually it results in a mooshed oil pan... Super lucky it didnt happen to u... isn't being airborn fun? I prefer catching air in my minivan

I dont think that I want to do that again. If my car was lowered I would have been toast. I didn't even hear anything hit. The road was slightly down hill then it went flat and back down a little sharper than I though. I once jumped a sandtrap on a golf coarse in an 86 prelude now that was some scary ****. Im glad the rex is OK. Im going back down to race this sat. No more jumping for me.

prelude

When I was 16 my first car was a 1986 prelude. I beat the **** out of that car. I would go off roading all of the time. Me and some friends were out late one night raising havoc as usaul. We were following some other friends in a truck. They took a turn and I thought that I took the same turn, but I ended up on a golf course. It was late, and there were houses all around, so I turned off my head lights. I could not see a damn thing. I was searching franticly for an exit to the road. I was going about 30-35 when we went airborn. Mine and the passanger's heads went out of the sun roof. And we hit hard as hell. I thought that we jumped off of a 5' wall or something. I had a speaker box in the back and it ended up on my friends lap in the backseat. I yelled, "what the hell was that?" One of them looked back and said, "holy **** we jumped a sandtrap" We finally found our way out and laughed our asses off all the way home.
Hope you like that one. I lead a dangerous life
