No.

2. Dont know
Vacuum port - I think it's one of the ports that does see vacuum.
Stick the FPR to here?

3. This plugs up to the spider vac line for the oil?
Yes, that's the feed for the OMP vacuum splitter.

4. Whats the thing called that bolts on here for the non jspec motors?
It's a air bypass solenoid / valve for...power steering, I think.
It's just for idle control.

5. sposed to be a nipple here for the thing ^
Yeah, I think that goes to #4 above.

6. Whats the thing called that bolts on here for the non jspec motors?
It's the stupid sub-zero assist valve, and not all US-spec engines have them.
In fact, Mazda recommends to throw that **** away.
Again, it has nothing to do with emissions.

Yeah, none of that is really needed for emissions.

Yes, you can slap on the Zenki intake manifold with the EGR valve, and it should all work.
Just to verify, it is a Zenki 13BT engine, right?

I live in town...right outside of Waikiki.

I don't have my pointer with me, but in the FIRST picture of the back of a similar TB as you have, you can see a light yellow, cylindrical device, just aft and below the thermowax. That light white/yellow plastic device is the water thermo valve. It has two nipples on it. One goes to the small metal nipple you have next to your large nipple for the OMP spider.

In the second jpg, DO NOT pay any attention to the red circles. Look to the far left of the jpg and to the bottom. There appears to the a cap on a cylinder and it's green/grey in the jpg. You see a black hose coming out it's right side and curling up and over the top of the cylinder. The cylinder is the water thermo valve. Same animal as in the jpg above. It's a SIMILAR TB as yours. Only it has four metal nipples coming out the back unlike the two on your TB.

There are pictures in the FSM, FUEL section of the water thermo valve.
