as you can see i have experimented quite a bit with the pneumatic signal and methods to attenuate the signal to tune the response
some work well with the plenum,, some require a pill and bleed, dont know why,, porting and your inherent engine vacuums,, and the blade angle setup may have a lot to do with why some get that funky cruise control thing in 5th gear

a pill and bleed method , bleeding back to the aircleaner will amount to the can seeing less boost but still switching
as it was,, mine went several years at 15-20 psi before the bladder failed ,, and i fixed it for a few more with some RTV

and,, as some bright spark pointed out,, there is nothing to stop you using an rpms or load switch ( or ECU aux out )
with one of those nest solenoids ,, so as to grab a manual control of the signal seen at the can
and thus prevent any bad manners,, and have an ideal grasp on the switch point

I found this thread quite intreging..
Too sum up this thread, which is the double throttle diaphram? the trianglar peice?
Id like to get one of these throttle bodies for my port turbo project, being hailers had such good expieriences.
where can I purchase one of these? anyone got one for sale?
Hows it recommened to install the throttle body? the one I have on there now is completely stripped of everything and ported, and currently is giving me some idle issues..
Are u guys leaving everything hooked up? the only thing I cant do with a unmolested TB is run coolant thru it, im also not using a BAC..
