flip up headlights are the jdm headlights for an rx7. if you want the ones that dont flip up and have the clear lense do a search for headlight conversion. i think amimiya or whatever sells them but they are like $300

RE Amemiya makes those for the FD.

They don't have a set for the FC unless you buy their whole front end.

Other companies make drop in replacements though, but they're pretty ugly.

yeah we know...but they're not JDM. RX-7's in japan have the same setups as here in the states. Very few companies make "slicks" for our cars, and most of them look bad. RE is the only company that makes a decent setup...but they cast an assload. You might want to look into growing fond of the stockers.

RX7.com sells the RE Amemiya headlight conversion, but it cost somthing like $2,000 since you ahve to get the front bumper, too.
edit: Woops, dont think they sell them anymore. You might be able to find a cheap knockoff, though.

cheap knockoff.... ya good luck with that. i think the cheapest u can get an FC sleek headlight conversion would be like $600, for the ones on cpracing.com Cause like ppl said the RE ones need a whole new front bumper.

Knightsports sells what you are looking for, you can buy it at rx7.com and it costs 950 dollars.

CP racing makes em for the FC... looks like *** though, the clear housing goes all the way to the base of the FTP lenses and it looks horrible, makes the car look sad. they say no fab required but their pics surely shows the bumper having to be cut where the FTPs are.

Agreed. Sit down, watch some monster garage and american chopper, then fab up your own headlights.
