JDM S4 TII and WA emission

I'm thinking about buying an JDM s4 TII motor and rebuilding it. Would it have the necessary parts to pass emission in WA? I also have a USDM TII motor, can I just plug and play the emission componets on to the JDM TII if I have to?

Thanks.

Just use the US-spec manifolds, rails, emissions rack, ACV, air pump. The JDM ACV will not have a split air solenoid (oh well), and the air pump is smaller, but pumps at a higher rate. The main problem is there is no EGR valve on the JDM LIM, so you would need to at least use the US-spec LIM.

This is actually what I did on my car, I have a US LIM, but the UIM and all other parts are JDM. I have a EGR valve bolted on, but it's not hooked up with a solenoid yet. I'll wait and see if I even need it when I do my emissions test in March. At the least, it will pass visual inspection.
