Call Shane or visit his website www.rotaryworks.com he has compession tested engines that are around110-115 psi and he warrentys his motors. He is a great guy to deal with. If you have any questions installing a Jspec he is willing to help you get on track after the purchase. I installed one and it was very easy. Plus knowing that Shane will stand behind his motors takes a lot of worry about where your moneys going. I know that when I pay for a good motor Shane will deliver great motor. I cannot imagine buying a Jspec from anyone else as it can be scary. Be sure you trust the person/place you buy from. I can tell you Shanes the man if you need a Jspec or rebuild.

Cool

um icemark... 30k miles is not 60-80k miles. a mile is a mile. the k stands for thousands not kilometers. the engines may be 50-70 thousand kilometers.... which makes them 35 thousand mile motors or so.
your math is backwards. the motors are usually talked about in miles cause we live in america. were dumb enough don't spread the disease.

Firstly, welcome to 13 months ago. Second, if you'd read the post a bit slower you might've realised that he meant that on average 30K miles in Japan would cause about the same engine wear as 60-80K miles in the US due to the different driving conditions. Nothing to do with metric conversion at all.

If you're going to resurrect old threads, please post something useful instead of critisism of something you misunderstood.

I didn't see the date until I was done posting. and what he said makes sense in a way. so I admit it. I'm wrong!!! but your an *** hole. so suck me. why don't you try a pm instead of being a dick then I would have just deleted that post.

When you dredge up an old thread for the sole purpose of crapping on someone many times more knowledgable than you then you get what's coming to you. Flame me all you want but I bet you won't do it again...
