the japanese lenses have a hole insert in them so u can put a light bulb in them, that way they can light up even when the headlights are popped up..

i dont think u would be interested in my lense (notice i didnt say lenses) heh..its cuz the drivers side was a little bit dirty so i remember someone saying about using a dremel to clean it so i use the cotton head thing and it just started melting the plastic... oh well.

Do the JFTPs require a Jspec harness or something? Or what's the official deal? Why did they change it for the US version?

I bought a spoiler off this guy for $50 and he gave me a bumper with it for nothing.. It had the Japanese spec lights in it, which i thought was pretty nifty I'm not going to use them, but i'm curious as to what price these fetch?

JDM FTPs are pretty cool. I'd like to get a pair for myself but I went the cheap way and made some for myself. I made a hole for light bulbs and then spliced them into the parking lights. They DID work great until some bastard tried stealing them. They only took one of them, so I took the other one off until I can make another one.

You only think that coz you don't have them. Trust me, they're nothing special.

Because of those lights, JDM headlights are supposed to pop up when you flash the high beams with the lights off, but for some reason mine don't. Since my "FTP" lights weren't hooked up (my front marker lights are with the indicators) I cut the back out of them so they work like US FTP lenses.
