jane! stop this crazy vacuum leak thing!
okay so I have a S5 motor with s5 manifolds and etc in an S4 car and I by spraying carb cleaner around all the vacuum areas I found out that it revs up when I spray at the primary injectors (s4 injectors on s5 rail) and it has new grommets! WTF! it just leaks like a bitch all the damn time, wont idle cause of it and runs like *** (but it needs to be re timed)
and yes the air bleeds are in there.
anyone got any ideas? because i'm out of them.

I just solved a bitch of an intake leak by pressurizing the intake. I bought a 3"pvc cap, drilled a hole into it and put a tire valve stem into it so that I could put air into the intake. You then use a compressor to pressurize the system with about ~10psi. Just don't pressurize too much. You will be able to hear a hissing sound where it is leaking. Mine was under my upper intake manifold.

You mean where the oil injectors used to be? Are they plugged off with a bolt or something? I used O-rings on those where I blocked mine off and it works fine, but my engine doesn't see boost.

it now idles by its own! its a bit loopy from w/o the BAC and has some good smoke to it but it is a bit heavy on premix and needs to be re-timed. Anyone in our area got a timing gun? I'm 5 minutes north of you in Geneva.
