J-Spec Motor

I have heard a lot of stories about people buying j spec motors and that the seal are bad or that the motor is just crap. Is there any place anyone knows where i can get an S5 TII JSpec motor that has a good record for good equipment?

Here's a tip, some JDM engine importers usually will compression test their rotary engines, but if they flunk the test, they will not put the test numbers in their website/ebay ad. I bought an s4 block from JDM engines corp about 5 months ago. They had 3 s4 engines at the time, the one I bought had comp. test results posted, and two of them had no comp. test results posted (which were priced much less). My engine runs just fine and I've been daily driving it for a little less than 5 months too.

Other than that I'd PM Japan2la on this forum. He compression tests all his engines.

japan2la is ur best bet, deal with a company that knows rotaries very well.

I bought one years ago from a piece of **** lying company, was told compression was great and it ran fine, got it and the coolant seals as well as the irons were done.
