I havent had any dealings with them.

I delt with Engine Depot and it went great. Alittle more expensive than yours but got to me a day early and was secured and packaged great.

Usually you can tell a lot by a company by how much info they give you. Personally me if a company only tells me what years it works for and thats it then I generally won't buy.

Also see the start-up warranty. Most have 30 days but mine only had a 14 day.

i went with japan star motor for my swap. they offered a 30 day warranty and free shipping for the same amount as you were quoted. my motor had goodies (aftrmkt) and came with great compression. delivered to my door in 3 days. their website is down and I cant remember their phone number. maybe their not around anymore? that'd be a shame, those guys were great to deal with.

oh yeah. you probaly know this but S4 and S5 are very different. you'd better make sure that THEY know the difference otherwise its shady to buy.

in the long run though... you'd better be prepared for a headache if you get the wrong/broken/blown motor and hope these guys honor to their waranty. know what your getting into, you might even want to consider having to rebuild the motor if it comes in running but poor condition.

just my 2 cents

i hate to ruin a good find, but... research what honda guys have to say about osaka jdm. its all bad, very bad. i actually know some1 in town that delt with them. he ordered a h22 that was supposedly from japan. he got a great deal but the motor gave out in like 2 months and they sent him the american ecu. just research them and you will hear a lot of crap, but i havent dealt with them personally.

when i used to browse honda-tech, i heard that osaka was a big no go. there are posts all over about their bad experiences with osaka. i suggest that you stay away from that place...

2 bad motors from OSAKA here, one with bad compression and the other with horrible oil seals and coolant flowing into the oil and out the downpipe..... Hopefully they will fix the issues and refund the CASh.. But I would not recommend them at all at this point.. 2 out of 3 motors are crap and the third still won't start.....
