Check for leaks... (of course)

If there are no visible leaks there might be a problem. Feel around the carpet-area of the internal foot-wells for signs of a heater-core leak.

Do you have trouble during hot/cold starts? Blow white smoke when it finally starts?

If the smoke smells sweet and its a whole lot of smoke, sounds like a coolant seal failure.

the factory radiator leaks at the top alot ive noticed, check for rust on the radiator which would indicate a slow leak nothing you would notice on the floor but enough to need coolant. check to see if the rad hoses are pressurized or not if theres no pressure check for leaks in hoses around the thermo housing etc. eliminate everything before you assume its a coolant seal =D
