Intermittent Vac Leak

I have a vacuum leak. I just rebuilt this motor and I have doubled checked every hose, gasket and clamp. When the car is cold it idle's fine but once it warms up, it begins to bounce. I hooked a vac gauge up and I am getting about 10lbs of pull with the needle rising and falling with the idle. The needle is also shaking wildly as it rises and falls. I sprayed carb cleaner over everything and noticed no difference in idle.
Anyone have an idea of what is going on? What am I missing here?

Sorry for another boring vac leak thread. Next time I'll try and post something more interesting...
