Arrow Intermittent no start, is still intermittent...

During the past three no starts I removed the air filter and she fired right up...then...on the last one she did not...
I've tried everything else....maybe its just a sometimes malfunctioning fuel pressure regulator....Geeeezzz.....

Hey Harley, I was wondering when you'd be back, lol...What are all the things you've checked out on the car lately?

You know what you really need to do- uncover your ECU over there on the passenger side, and keep it oncovered till we figure this out...Go the page 4A-30 of the FSM, there are several pins that can be "backprobed" with just the key on, not running...Make a list of these items, and which pins to read out, and keep it in the seat beside you...Next time she no-starts, leave the key on, & start probing...The important ones I would hit first are:
1) 2A- ECU 5 volt output to the sensors
2) 3C,3E,3F,3H- injector voltage
3) 3I- main relay
There are also coil/igniter signals (may have to be running for these), CAS inputs (same), and several others that ought to give you a clue as to what's going on...

See FSM page 4A-32 for pin locations...

Hello Wayne. You may be getting to something here, but if it pertains to ECU's I've had both my spares in this car and it does the same thing....
I have noticed that once I crank it for say 3-5 minutes, I can wait for 20-30 minutes and she will fire right up....

No, I'm not saying you have a bad ECU- I'm saying you need to read out as many inputs as you can during the time the car's kaput- and the best place to do that is at the ECU...You can read out virtually the entire engine electrical system from that point...You can even drive around with a probe on whatever pin you choose and check out the entire system in a couple of days (it's pretty cool watching your injectors' duty cycles, O2 sensor outputs, AFM outputs, etc...)
