Intermittent interior fan (technically the A/C's blower...)

I have a fan that works half the time, but doesn't work (at least not until several minutes after I turn it on) the other half.

I realize there's some sort of control that gives the A/C "permission" to run, but does that apply to the fan too, since I don't actually have A/C installed?

I figure maybe I need some repairs to the logicon.

One of the lights doesn't light up, either.

not following what you are asking.

The A/C to run needs the A/C switch on, and there to be freon in the system. without freon it will not activate. Of course you would need to have an A/C system in place for the A/C to work as well.

The interior blower, runs by the Logicon to the Logicon amo, to the blower. It will work regardless of if the car is equipped with A/C.

Maybe you are talking about the suplimental electric fan found in front of the radiator on some models with A/C? That only works if the coolant temp exceeds a factory preset level.

I just mean the interior blower is intermittent. Sometimes it won't come on when I turn it on.

Obviously I don't expect the actual A/C to work, seeing as how there's no compressor in the car

either an intermittent or failing Logicon, or failing thermosister on the blower or a failing blower then.
