Intermitten No Start SOLVED...but I think my clutch just gave out.....

...Ok Gentlemen...here we go...due to a lot of help with my intermittent no start from you guys and especially WAYNE88N/A....it turned out the one of the wires on the ECU Plug (small plug) had a faulty connection....fixed that and she has not missed a lick....UNTIL I"M Coming Home....Setting at a red light the bell housing area started making a slight singing sound....then I could not hardly get her in gear, but finally did....when I would change gears with the clutch pedal pushed in there would be that slight singing sound...as I pulled in the drive way there was smoke coming from the clutch area...(this is looking like a no brainer...even fer me)....I can start her in neutral and she will run at a higher rpm but will die at idle with some noise from the bell housing area....
looks like a clutch job is in order, EH ? What you guys think ?

Does it still move ok? Once it's in gear do the RPMs rise but the car maintain the same speed? It could be just a bad bearing, or possibly a rear-main seal. Who knows, either way it sounds like the tranny's coming out!
