Interior swap question

So a buddy of mine owed me a favour. "Strip out the interior of that RX7" I says. So he does...

He strips EVERYTHING. Both door panels, doors, all plastics, all but the front half of the carpet...

The only thing remaining is the dash. A bunch of stuff got broken in the process. Some headliner plastic pieces simply snapped (sun baked?) and a bunch of those plugs holding down the carpet simply refused to budge and had to be snapped of.

Am I going to regret breaking those plugs/plastics? Is some of this stuff replaceable? I'm asking because some are obviously replaceable (carpets, seats, door panels, radio and shifter surround) but some are kind of rare. I specifically mean the misc plastics that make up the top half of the interior.
