Interested in EGR block-off plates?

I was wondering if any of you would be interested in block of plates for egr made of 1/2 inch high grade aluminum... use all original bolts. I can fabricate and polish them with gaskets and sell for like ummm... 15 or 20 bones. Let me know.

.......1/2" seems kinda excessive. Just a thought.

I would be more interested in cast iron block off plates possibly. I read about Wayne having a problem with an aluminum block off plate because it expanded differently than the cast iron on the surrounding block. I'm not sure if it's worth it, would anyone like to contribute to my idea that cast iron (or w/e the blocks made of) would be a better choice?

There have been people in here that have had hesitation problems from flexing EGR block-off plates that allowed exhaust gases into the intake charge.

I dunno if a cast iron plates would work either...at least for turbos, since the turbo EGR valves are mounted on the lower intake manifold which is cast aluminum.

1/2" sounds excessive, but it should withstand any forces to flex it.
The product sounds fine, but the price is kinda high.

Racing Beat makes a decent steel one that is about a quarter inch thick. It was like ten bucks with shipping.
