how do i calculate the propper size on the intercooler i need for my engine/turbo etc.

the bigger the better. more surface area equals more cooling. cooler, more condensed air equals hp. cooler air is better for your engine also. intercoolers allow you to increase pressure going into the engine without increasing boost wich could be potentially hazardous to your engine in the long run. go as big as your wallet can handle.
