Seems fine to me, you might have issues if you have to top mount it. But as a front mount it would work fine. It could be a little more efficient but did you get it for free? if so, mount it!

no, it looks like a good unit. looks like pretty much the same size core as the old style Trust IC kit for the FC, just with different end tanks. I would take that in a second.
