Intake modifications

Instead of sucking in hot air with a cone filter, wouldnt a K&N drop in filter be better, with a modified air box that provides better flow? (holes cut in front where it meets the headlight, wafer texture removed)

some people take a pipe or hose and route it up further to the front or lower down and put a filter on that. I'd rather just have a cone fliter than a ghetto airbox. Your not going to get that much hp from just an intake either way.
