intake manifold t2???

intake manifold t2???

Does anyone have pictures of how to remove a intake manifold, I have a s5 t2, and I have the intercooler removed and the nuts all around the intake and remove 2 of the throttle body, but it won't come out any help? Pics will help a lot, thanks in advance

did you get the really long bolt that goes through the top of the manifold? its the one shown in between the middle runners in the picture

If the intake manifold hasn't been removed in a while, they can be difficult to remove sometimes. You can try rattling it with a Teflon hammer.

After a few good hits and a 2ft crowbar it finally came out but now I have another question here its the video I took,
the question is does my o ring's are in bad or good shape it seems to be a little lose

o rings looked ok. they seal up pretty good once everything is snug. but be careful during assembly, i had a fuel leak at the brand new injectors because an oring got a little crooked during install.

Awsome thanks for the reply now I have another question if yall can help me out, apparently when I took the intake off I miss some hoses and forgot were they supposed to go anyone have a diagram of the intake hoses and engine hoses and vacuum ones thanks

Helps to label things as you go, but the FSM has the entirety of the vacuum hoses and their diagrams as well. FSM is located in the FAQ.
