intake manifold stuck.. help quick :(

i unbolted the 6 bolts/nuts holding the uIM on and removed the TB and throttle linkage etc. I need to remove the uim, but its stuck on.. i dont know how im supposed to get it off. I dont konw if im supposed to hit it with a rubber hammer or try to pry it off..
any advice?

Pry from underneath with a long breaker bar, or hit it at the edges with a heavy rubber mallet. It will pop off...

5 bolts & nuts to the LIM - TWO (2) nuts on the left side.

Rubber mallet - pop.

i tried tur rubber mallet, couldnt really get any "leverage" to hit it in the right spot. Tried the pry bar, worked like a charm.
