Intake Manifold Project

im taking my intake manifold off my 88 na in a little while to port and poilsh it . i know i need new gaskets and o rings. I'm replacing all the vacum lines with silicon ones. Its all getting a fresh coat of paint too! silver and black. here are a few questions though

do i need new air bleeds?
Is 24$ for the intake/engine gasket right?
i'm missing the right actuator on my LIM ,is that bad?
what else should i do while it's off?

Missing the right actuator? You mean the actuator for the 6 port induction?

Yes... That is bad... I hope you have them both wired open then? (or at least both in the same position)
No point having no actuator there but still have the sleeve in there.

yea it might be around $24 for the intake gaskets and all. and unless your running premix i recommend you inspect and replace your omp lines as well while you have everything off. and get the actuator replaced as well. its not doin you much good without it

You will only need air bleed plates if you break your existing ones.
