intake manifold bolt
Ok so the housing or hole that the bold in the middle of the upper intake are stripped so the bolt doesn't get tight. i am going tomorrow to a bolt shop tomorrow to get the same bolt but a little longer to see if it will tighten down to hold tell i can rethread the hole. but now my car idles odd and when i start to boost the gauge flickers from one psi tell the other back and forth like a boost and/or vac leak.
SO would the bolt not being tightend down be counseling the problem I'm having?
and anyone know what the dimensions of the bolt is, i think it's 80mm long and a m8 1.25 thread but i'm not to sure.

That could be causing a vacuum leak which can effect the idle.
It can be fixed with a Helicoil easily, or you can retap for a larger size (less easy).
Yes, it is M8 x 1.25.
