Instrument Cluster Headlight Switch repair?

My Headlights are out. 2nd one In 3yrs. Instead of swapping It out, can It be repaired?

I know, for the Wiper Switch, the Relay can be changed. I can verify that It works. http://2ndgenrx7.freeservers.com/techmaster.html

But What about the Headlight Switch? Has anybody repaired these before? How?

Just for kicks, I got quoted for the Switch at $637 can at the Dealership.

what part is damaged on the switch???

Most of the switch is mechanical contacts, and not repairable if worn out.

used switchs are generally around $20 on ebay

Not sure on what part. I've taken apart my previous one. Probably the contacts as you suggested. I guess there Is no way of repairing them? Luckily for me, I have 3 or 4 of them In storage as back up.

i took my window switch out, and cleaned all the contacts, one was really worn out, and i added a little extra solder to some of the points. still works today.
