Arrow Instrument Cluster Compatibility Question.

Is it possible to use an S5 IC on an S4 or vise versa?

Physically, I believe all FC clusters are identical, so they should all bolt/plug in.
Not sure if the wiring pinout is the same and the water temp/oil pressure sending units may differ as well.

I thought the S5 ones had 3 connectors while the S4 ones had two. I'll have to double check the FSM since I don't have my S5 one anymore.

S5's have two electrical connections as well as the speedo cable.

you need to repin one or both of the harnesses(patch harness).
They are not quite the same but it's been done,mostly for the higher reading tach.
