make sure you have new grommets and o-rings... other than that it's pretty straight forward.

once you remove the uim you'll see the two fuel rails. the secondaries are under the left rail. it should be easy to see the injectors once the uim is off.

It's a cut and dry job to get to the secondary injectors.

Take off your intake snorkel and you'll see the secondary rail, take off the nuts holding the rail to the middle manifold and take it off, be sure to depresurize your fuel system first. I'm putting my manifold all back soon with the rails/injectors I could show you pics of you can wait a while..

Aren't the secondaries ON the UIM?

I had to double check a picture to make sure...but the secondaries are located ON the UIM. So you don't have to remove the upper intake manifolding to get to them. You actually dont need to remove anything other than the intake snorkel and maybe the TB. Just make sure the fuel system is properly depressurized and have tons of rags ready for the fuel spill. When I took mine out, i didn't remove any of the fuel hoses. I just unbolted the fuel rail, lifted it up, and yanked the plugs out. Saved me the trouble of struggling with rusted hose clamps. Thats the lazy way tho...theres no real right or wrong way to do it. Just dont drop any bolts or nuts when you're taking them out, cuz it'll suck trying to find them.

The best advice would be to not do this tonight!

This is not a simple job, and there are many things you can do wrong, particularly if you "dont even know where to start". You should be thoroughly familiar with the complete job from beginning to end before even lifting a spanner. You should also have worked out what replacement parts you need (o-rings, grommets and gaskets are a minimum for an injector swap) and have purchased them beforehand.

It sounds like you're setting yourself up for a fall. Don't do it. The entire procedure is set out in both the FSM and Haynes, plus it's been discussed a million times here, so go do a bunch or reading first.
