I've never installed a header before and I'm slightly confused.. Does it replace the stock exhaust manifold? and if so, what exactly does it bolt to? Im still a noob, so if someone wants to give me a quick walkthrough and what it takes to install it, that would be great.

Also, do i have to worry about backpressure with the header/cat system from rx7.com?

It should and you should be fine for the 5th and 6th actuation.

make sure you get the Bonez cat specific to that setup i believe there is more thane one bonez cat that will fit the 7 so be specific, rx7.com sells the combined setup for $440, I'm saving up for it right now - it should go nicely with the single exhaust I just had put in
