installing an oil catch can

I have an extra oil catch can its a no name brand, i was gonna use it on my 90 300zx, but decided not to work on that car anymore and focus on my FC i just got, i was wondering if anyone has installed one in there FC.. btw i have a 91 rx7 non-turbo... and where to hook up the hose.. thanks

on my 5.0l i have a cach can in line with my pcv valve, cleans up the air going into the intake a bit.

if you road race and slosh oil around a lot then it can be slightly worthwhile to use. other than that... just run your normal pcv setup.
