Installing new check valve in s4 vert

Part number is fb01-42-910a

Took it through emissions and was told I needed a new one of these, they want to charge me almost $100 just to install it and it looks like a 10 minute job. Just wanted to see if anyone's done this before and if I need a special way to faster the house or need to buy completely new ones. See attached screenshot for current valve, just remove the mounting nutImgur
