Installing header, what about the plugs?

Installing header, what about the plugs?
I've heard that it's best to change 2 of the plugs (can't remember which), so you end up with all of them the same.
Compensates for the effect of exhaust scavanging due to better flow.
Anybody remember what the story is here? Hotter/colder-leading/trailing
