Well, the hardest part is going to be getting the nut off since it spins.

Me personally I went to Harbor Freight and got an electric impact gun and it took that nut quickly and easily.

Other than that it is pretty much straight forward.

You might have to use a pipe wrench to pull it. Just wrap the jaws so you dont scar the metal. Thats how i got mine of the very first time. But if you have one use the impact wrench.

Take it to Autzone or Advance. They did mine for me.

Otherwise, you can breaker bar it. It's just a big nut, nothing special about it.

A breakover with a proper size socket on it. Place the breakover bar on the left frame of the chassis. Turn the key to START. Engine rotates and nut turns in the OFF direction. Cost is much less than a inpact wrench.

Do you have a vice? If you do, put the pulley into the vice. It doesn't matter if the outside rim around the pulley gets messed up a little...only the inside really matters.

Don't put it in too tight, but, yeah. With it in the vice, a slight tap knocks it out nicely.

one other thing i think you might want to know..... not all, but some of the spacers in between the pully and the alt. are too small... so when you put it on it might not spin. just be careful and check before you put it on....

i think i also got mine from banzaitoyota, but im not sure cuz banzai racing got it for me.
