I used the harness out of my old dash (which worked before) and now I put the new dash in and the CD player doesnt work, it gets power since it will still insert and eject CDs but it doesnt turn on in the sense that the screen turns on and I can here the audio through the speakers.

everything else works in the car when i swapped it over, I do have a missing connector though but I think it is for the passenger side front speaker (which is not installed)

anyone got any ideas, I'm a bit stumped since the wiring didnt change.

here is a pic of the connectors but I think they just go to the speaker and the glovebox light.
