Installed my FMIC today

I had the fmic for months and decided to install it today. Not that bad of a job.. Will take it to a shop next week to get the piping done.. How much piping and bends will I need to do it. Wanna make sure I bring enough piping to the fabricator/welder.. Thanks

Don't know who makes it. Bought it from a local freind. He bought it to install on his TII but never did. Was brand new..

Do you know the size of the core I dont care about manufacturer but that is the perfect size i want for my gp front as well.

I still have yet to fit my FMIC....It's got bracketry already on it to bolt to the stock hood latch mount...

all i need is a proper piping kit....

Yeah man looks AMAZING....Time's like this I wish I could buy a body kit...Too bad I wouldn't be able to make it up my drive way with one on though :'( anyway nice job!!!

You are going to have to open the front up a little to get more air in there or you will over heat on the highway. Winter months you won't see the difference but the first 80 degree day and you will be driving down the highway at 70 and the water temp will be 215 and up hills 220.

Here are a few pics of how I did mine. After this was done and more air got in my temps dropped to 190 at 70mph.

I'm going to direct the air from the openings on the outside of the spoiler to my oil cooler/radiator. I have a koyo so hopefully I will be good then.. Thanks for the info

i have to do the same...unfortunatly, i have to cut into my gp sport kit

if you don't want to cut the facia up then I suggest trying adding another FC oil cooler along the same lines as forum member Higgi did. Also just to let you know you wil also have to go back to your clutch fan with shroud or its over.

I am not really even sure how you are going to do this in vegas? Its just to dam hot there anyways. I have a feeling you will be asking how to vmount this before to long. Trust me if I run at 215 in 80 degrees here in Maryland your in for some problems in the sin city heat
