Yes you want the Hi-6 only, or the Hi-6R (weather sealed unit0

I run two Hi-6's on my car with lx-92 coils one for each leading plug !

The ignition is the best I have experienced, no transistor based **** can come close to this bad boy set up

Yes, the "HI-6S" is not a CDI box; it's purely an ignition enhancer that just boosts the voltage to the coils.

A CDI box is a lot more complex system than just an ignition enhancer that bumps up the voltage.&nbsp Thus, the difference in prices...

I do not recommend the "HI-6S", just the bare "HI-6" is the one you want.

And be sure to tap the blue wire, off the Crane Cams Ignition Box, Into a 12v Ignition source to run It on 4cylinder mode!

I got my Hi-6 running last week and wow.. what a difference. The car gets better gas milage, pulls harder, revs better and seems a lot more linear.. before it was really easy for me to shift at 2.5K RPM because the car would start to pull harder then and you could feel it time to shift.. with the HI-6 there isn't a "spike" in the powerband. Car revs up FAST now :-)
