Insane FC part prices!!!!

Has anyone else here noticed the going prices on Ebay for various FC plastic int. pieces nowadays? They are friggan crazy!!! An auction i was watching ended for $56.00, just for the two small top dash vent peices! The center vent piece for S-5's usually go for 80$+. Ashtrays and shifter surrounds are equally over-priced. Yould think that some of this stuff would be pretty easy to find too, esp. with all the parted out FC's I see. Well, just thought I'd vent. Im sure some of you guys have less than complete interiors as well.

I think the parts are getting hard to find and people will pay more for it.. Alot of people are making good money on parts. They say a engine is worth more in parts than whole and I tend to agree..

Yer avater rocks!!! You can get a lot of this stuff from Mazdatrix for pretty reasonable prices. That's for new stuff at that. I am ordering the clock surround for like 40 bux. new price. Why screw around with that old brittle plastic that shatters like glass.

Generally, I find it cheaper to pick up trim and related at the dealer. Not only do you get a NEW part, but it's generally more convenient then ordering online. Sometimes the price is higher, but that's just the way it is. Victoria British also has a wide selection of trim, most of it much cheaper then Mazda.

Interior stuff is usually one of the more expensive things you can buy for a car.

Its funny how new parts are cheaper than sun baked used parts. I would just order from mazdatrix.com. I sold a used Racing beat fcd for full retail on ebay.
