Inner tie rod question/ removal? PLEASE HELP.

How the HELL do you get this thing off? It looks like there's a pin or something beside it, do I have to remove this or something to get it out? if I do, how do I? I wrenched on it for a good while today and it looks like I can get the whole assembly to move back and forth about 1/4 of a CM but no farther than that, no matter how big of a hammer I hit it with.

In the accident, my tie rod was bent a little (not much, maybe 1cm deflection?).. will the tie rod end adjust enough to compensate, or do I have to remove it and fix/replace? It was a while ago now that I removed the tie rod end, and I don't remember how far in it was. Obviously I'm going to need an alignment either way, but will they be able to align it enough if that's bent?

This is the ONLY THING LEFT preventing me from driving my car around, so I really want to get it done ASAP.

Thanks!

Yes, that tie rod is a bitch to remove. I think you really just have to wrench at it. I remember that once I removed it, I saw that there was something designed into it to make it very difficult to remove. Now I dont really remember what it was. Keep trying at it, youll figure it out soon.
