Inlet on afm?

I think i'll be picking up just a plain-ol k&n filter. but the inlet on the afm seems smaller than 3". I dont really feel like taking everything apart to measure, so does anyone know hwat inlet i need to have on the filter?
Thanks

2.5" or 2.75" filter will fit on the S5 AFM
